Here at Classy Apple Customs, we encourage you to “Create something cool and stand out from the crowd”.  In accordance with the policies of our print providers, you are only allowed to use images that you own or have the rights to use.  This includes images created using artificial intelligence generators.  By submitting your designs for print, you are indicating that  you have the rights to use and reproduce any images, words and phrases that you have included in your design.

Prohibited content

Classy Apple Customs also reserves the right to decline your custom design for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Child Exploitation: You may not post or upload content that exploits or abuses children, including, but not limited to, images or depictions of child abuse, sexual abuse, or presenting children in a sexual manner.

  • Harassment, Bullying, Defamation, and Threats: You may not post or upload content, that harasses, bullies, defames, or threatens a specific individual.

  • Hateful Content: You may not post or upload content that condones or promotes violence against people based on race, ethnicity, color, national origin, religion, age, gender, sexual orientation, disability, medical condition, veteran status, etc.

  • Illegal Activities: You may not post or upload content that facilitates or promotes activities that go against the laws of the jurisdictions in which you operate or do business.

  • Intellectual Property: You may not post or upload content that infringes on the copyright or trademarks of others. 

  • Personal and Confidential Information: You may not post or upload any content that contains personally identifiable information, sensitive personal information, or confidential information, such as credit card numbers, confidential national ID numbers, or account passwords – unless you have consent from the person to whom the information belongs or who is otherwise authorized to provide such consent.

  • Profanity:  Designs with profanities are prohibited on products with visible manufacturer branding to protect the brand’s image and reputation, in addition to our standard content policy.

  • Self-Harm: You may not post or upload content that promotes self-harm.

  • Terrorist Organizations: You may not post or upload content that implies or promotes support or funding of, or membership in, a terrorist organization.

 

 



Order Information


How are your products made?

We work with print-on-demand drop shippers. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at [email protected].

My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package
  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at [insert your support email here] with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at [email protected] within a weeks’ time with photos of the
damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

What’s your return policy?

We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at [email protected]!

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at [email protected] with photos of wrong/damaged
items and we’ll sort that out for you.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.
Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at [email protected] within a week after receiving your order. Include your
order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!

Is my credit card information safe?

ClassyAppleCustoms.com utilizes WooCommerce as our e-commerce backbone.  WooCommerce never stores credit/debit card details, their in-house payment gateways also never store more than 4 digits of a card number if storing payment tokens for re-use.
